The Cher Group Contractors is a commercial general contractor. Most of our work is restaurant and retail build-outs in Palm Beach County and Broward, including the Texas de Brazil on PGA Boulevard in Palm Beach Gardens and BKK in Fort Lauderdale. We also take select residential projects, mostly renovations and remodels, for owners who want the same licensed, organized team that runs our commercial jobs.

How We Choose Residential Projects

We review every residential request before we commit. We take a project when the scope fits our crews and our schedule around our restaurant and retail work. If a project is not a good fit for us, we tell you up front so you can move on quickly.

Kitchen and Bathroom Remodels

Kitchens and bathrooms are where our commercial experience carries over most: plumbing, electrical, ventilation and finishes in a tight space, built to the Florida Building Code and inspected. We handle the permit, the trades and the inspections, and we give you a written scope before work starts.

How Long a Residential Project Takes

It depends on the scope, the permit and how long materials take to arrive. A kitchen or bathroom remodel is a shorter job than a whole-home renovation. Before we start, you get a written scope and schedule, and we tell you right away if anything changes.

Each city and county in Palm Beach and Broward runs its own building department and inspection schedule, and Florida wind and moisture requirements shape which materials and methods pass. We pull the permit, schedule the inspections and build to code, the same way we do on our commercial projects.
